Ltd (first phase of investment fifty million Singapore dollars, second phase of investment over one hundred million Singapore dollars), and founded in partnership Japan Ladle Arts & Crafts Chamber of Commerce Co., Ltd.
The company invested in partnership in two gold and copper mining companies in South Africa and Zambia in Africa. Currently it is under the phase of prospecting for reserve evaluation. The two companies will be merged with a Singaporean minging company (successively has invested eighty million Singapore dollars) and go listed by reverse merger with a shell company.
